Orientation Tours
It is our goal to make SIU home for all incoming and current Salukis and help students feel comfortable navigating campus. We hope through our tour options every new Saluki will leave feeling prepared to take that next step joining the SIU community.
Virtual Tours
Walking Campus Tour
Summer/Fall/Spring - Weather Dependent
- Approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour walking tour of campus led by an Orientation Leader
- Meet at Student Center Main Entrance
Tram Campus Tour
Summer/Fall/Spring - Weather Dependent
- Approximately 20 minute tram tour of campus led by an Orientation Leader
- Meet at Student Center Main Entrance
Housing Tour
Summer/Fall Only
- Approximately 15 minute guided tour of residence hall
- Walk or take shuttle to tour location during designated tour hours
